Coasters within reach, table number in view. A custom table-number sign that doubles as a refillable coaster dispenser, so guests can pull one coaster at a time from the front.

  • Holds about 12 round or square coasters up to about 100 mm across and up to 4 mm thick, with a spacer option for 90 mm coasters
  • Standard 107 mm beer mats won’t fit, so please measure your coasters before ordering
  • Very thin (~1.5 mm) card beer mats aren’t suitable
  • Exit slot sized to your coasters
  • Lift-off refill lid
  • Slide-in front sign carries your venue logo and table number, so changing a table number only needs a new sign
  • The sign carries a QR code (about 33 mm, for close-range scanning), plus an optional NFC tag for your menu, ordering or feedback page
  • Branding and sizing tailored to your tables
  • Sold as one dispenser. Coasters not included; it holds your venue's own coasters.

How it works: order, we email a design proof within 2 business days, and we dispatch within 2 business days of your proof approval.

  1. Order now – check out as normal.
  2. We email you – we’ll email you from info@layermate3d.com to collect your logo, table numbers, link and design preferences, then send your digital design proof within 2 business days.
  3. Approve your proof – nothing goes into production until you’re happy with it.
  4. Made locally and shipped – we make it in the Northern Rivers, NSW and send it to you.
